- In 68000 mode your limit is 8 megs fast, 2 megs chip. However, it all has
- to be 16-bit RAM, mapped into the right place. Your 32-bit RAM on the
- 68030 is probably (hopefully) mapped above that address space and thus
- can't be accessed in 68000 mode.

- Switching to 68000 mode won't cause a problem, you just won't have any
- memory beyond the 68000's address space. My A500 has a total of 18 megs,
- 2 megs chip plus 16 megs 32-bit fast on my 030. If I boot in 68000 mode,
- I only get the 2 megs chip RAM.
